Well, our menu from last week didn't really happen due to changes of plans here and there so that left me with some repeats this week...
Monday: Beef Stew (from freezer)
Tuesday: Chicken and Noodles with Mashed Potatoes with Heavenly Rolls
Wednesday: Pork Tenderloin with Apricot Preserves
Thursday: Spaghetti
Friday: Crescent Wrapped Lasagna
Nothing exciting to try this week...maybe next week I'll be more inspires :)
